My name is Scott Hipsher. I am a person in long term recovery. I live in Johnson City with my finance and our spirited son.  I am a helper by nature and get the most out of life when I am being useful. I have a strong desire for people in recovery to find a new way to live and overcome their addiction. I am excited to use my passion, skills, and abilities to further the mission of Carter County Drug Prevention and to serve those in the community.
