    Motherhood Support Group Join Carter County Drug Prevention every Wednesday evening for our Motherhood Support Group! This welcoming and supportive space is designed for women in recovery and their children to connect, build friendships, share experiences, and grow together. Through encouragement, meaningful activities, and community support, we celebrate the journey of motherhood and recovery. Children are always welcome! We provide resources and activities that demonstrate the significant impact of consistency and the importance of simply being present in their children's lives.     CCDP Youth Coalition is a youth-led, adult-supported program dedicated to preventing drug and alcohol use among students in grades 4–12. YC provides a safe and inclusive space where young people can learn, lead, and make a difference in their schools and communities. CCDP is also a SADD Chapter (Students Against Destructive Decisions). SADD empowers and mobilizes students and adult allies to engage in positive change through leadership and smart decision-making.     Looking for a chill place to unwind, play games, and meet new friends? Our weekly Chess Club is open to youth who enjoy chess, checkers, card games, board games, and anything in between! Drop in anytime during our open hours, stay as long as you like, and jump into a game—or just hang out and learn something new. It’s a fun, easygoing space where everyone is welcome.     Youth Coalition Halloween Silent Disco & Open House Pathways in Motion Where the music glows & opportunity grows! IMPORTANT This event is open to all ages, but if your child would like to sign up for a youth coalition pathway, they must be 4th-12th grade.     This Food and Fun PEAK event will be at the Elizabethton Carter County Public Library at 201 Sycamore Street on 10/29/26 from 4:30-6:30pm. This picnic for youth of all ages is free and will be a great way to kick off our next round of monthly “food and fun” activities. We will have games, food, information, cold drinks, and things for our kiddos to enjoy. Stay tuned for our September edition.
