Day of Hope

Come join us for the Carter County Day of Hope. This resource event at the Elizabethton-Carter County Public Library will have a panel of speakers to share stories of hope. We will have resources, information, prizes and food. Join us as our regional partners and community come together to celebrate and share hope.
