Brooke Shy is the Executive Administrative Assistant for Carter County Drug Prevention’s Director and staff. Brooke has a passion for substance abuse prevention and recovery and uses that passion to assist Carter County Drug Prevention with all activities and programs. Brooke received an Associate’s Degree from Virginia Highlands Community College in 2005. She is the mother of four children, Rylee, Spencer, Matt and Nixon, who keep her busy.
