CCDP is a proud part of the Family Partner Network for this program. We support Family Partner services for families enrolled in the STRONG Families Northeast Tennessee program in Carter County. To prequalify for this program, you must meet the following:  (1) be pregnant or the parent or legal guardian of a child under 18 that is living in your home (2) receiving or qualified for public assistance (3) live in one of 10 counties comprising Northeast Tennessee – Carter, Cocke, Greene, Hamblen, Hancock, Hawkins, Johnson, Sullivan, Unicoi, or Washington County.
